This makes no sense. They must be referring to "dried milk," in which case "The milk is dried." makes more sense. Thoughts?
I cant think a context where this sentence could go.... ive never seen leite seco, but "vinho seco"
Yeah I can't think of putting a glass of milk to my lips, taking a sip, then pronouncing, "This milk is much too dry for my tastes."
