There is also a sentence earlier saying : Mag ik u een kleine gunst vragen.(without om)

By intuition, I think with or without om the sentence is right. Is it true?

No it was just a 'translate this sentence' exercise. Maybe I made a spelling mistake or it was just a glitch or something.
