Post Your Own Language Feature

Hello fellow Duolingo Users!

Since I'm having so much fun learning French through Duolingo, I'm obviously excited for the new feature that is (hopefully) coming soon which lets users help make a program for different languages. Does anybody know around when this is going to start? Thanks!
