On the top there is a bar asking me to rate Duolingo from 1-10...

So I'm not sure how to work the bar on the top. I keep trying to click 10 since I have actually told a few of my friends to use it, but I am no sure it's working since it gives no response and doesn't seem to acknowledge I clicked it. I tried on both Chrome and Explorer.

I don't have that on my screen. Could you post a screen shot? It is possible that you are part of a test group, or are experiencing some kind of glitch. If you want, you can edit your post, select "Troubleshooting" from the drop down menu in your editing window in place of "Duolingo Spanish", and then save it. It will automatically be transferred to that forum. However, I suggest also adding what operating system your using. It's good that you added the browser's you've tried. :)

If Troubleshooting isn't an option in your menu, you'll need to subscribe to it. Here are some instructions: http://duolingo.wikia.com/wiki/Community_and_discussions_guide#Subscribing_to_discussion_forums

I hope this helps! ^_^

I swapped it to Technical support, but I am not sure how to post a screen shot; I took one, and saved it, but I don't see how to add the file onto this.
