I don't see any difference between HE DEFINITELY IS and HE IS DEFINITELY. Does anyone?

Sicuramente = certainly, absolutely, definitely
lui è = he is
tra i più forti = among the strongest

Certainly/absolutely/definitely he is among the strongest. ~
He is certainly/definitely/absolutely among the strongest. ~
He certainly/definitely/absolutely is among the strongest. ~
Among the strongest he is certainly/definitely/absolutely. ~
. . . ?

Surely he is among the most strong should also work

Not really, In English, the superlative for "strong" is "strongest."

I agree with jagosti; "most strong" is equivalent to "strongest" in English and should be accepted.

i believe in English most strong in this context is as acceptable as strongest
