"Who does receive the book " was rejected: is it not the proper English translation? "Who receives....." vs "Who does receive...." suppose to convey different shades of meaning?

I'm no native speaker, but I'm pretty sure "who does receive the book" means you put emphasis on "does", e.g. "I don't receive the book." "who does receive the book?" It's still odd though... Just say "who receives..."
