Losing Points after completing a lesson
I'm using Duolingo within a classroom and a few of my students are repeatedly losing XP points or not receiving it after the complete a lesson. I'm not sure how to help them resolve this.
Some students are using Apple devices while some are using their computer. But it seems to happen to the same people. Would uninstalling and reinstalling the App be a possibility?
This may be a glitch, but have you considered that some of your students are trying to pull a fast one?
Yeah, it's possible. But I don't have enough evidence to call students out on it. I'd rather assume there's a glitch that we can be solved until I have proof that the students are pulling a fast one.
