imi cer scuze, nu este un comentariu, dar m-as bucura daca m-ati ajuta, raspunzandu-mi care este deosebirea intre "we have played" si "we played" - ca traducere, cand se foloseste auxiliar si cand nu?

The simple past (I played) requires a time indication and the present perfect (I have played) doesn't.
I played yesterday -> with time indication, so simple past.

Bună! Yes, it's a time indication. But present perfect also refers to something in the past that still reflects in the current moment. For example, let's suppose if you had run the whole day and wanted to explain why you're tired, you should use the present perfect. This tense reflects past actions which still are in use in the present (that's why it's named PRESENT perfect :D ). Am fost chiar?

It does not sound natural in Romanian, the natural way would be "Ne-am jucat toată ziua". When you say "Noi am jucat toată ziua" it is natural to say what we played all day, like this "Noi am jucat toata ziua șah"
