wich is the diference between "votre" and "ta"???

What carlysc said, but also "votre" ("vous") is plural. So, if I'm talking to you, and you're my friend, I'd say "tu parles à ta mère" ("you are talking to your mother"). If you're a stranger, I'd say "vous parlez à votre mère." If I'm talking to you and your sister, whether or not I know you guys, I'd say "vous parlez à votre mère."
