The audio does not seem correct to me. I don't hear the word 'det'.

I hear it right: ~"normelt ta de artiar"... Remember that "tager" is read "ta" like "amager" is read "ama"

I agree with the assessment the sound is most unclear. At berst it is det ta tier. It is not the quality to teach language.
