Seriously, what does this translation mean? We go out of the street? It makes no sense

It means the car drove to the area out of the road, i.e. either the driver lost control or he wanted to drive through a non-asphalted path.

You wouldn't say "We go out of the street" in English.

You'd say "We ran off the road" if you lost control of the car.

"We go off road" suggests you're driving through an area where there is no road--for example, through woods or another wild area--probably in an "off road vehicle."
