Lost Streak

Hello duolingors, for some reason i lost my strike even though i had completed my goal for the day and had streak freeze on.

Jack, lots of people are reporting this problem right now, possibly due to problems with the A/B testing of the Coach feature. Report it using the Support tab at the left and hopefully, the Duolingo team will be able to restore it for you.

Really? I think i have that too. Also lost my streak with the new coach feature.

Look at the far left side of your screen. There should be a little tab labeled Support there. This assumes you're on a PC. Here's some lingots for a new streak freeze, too. Hopefully it will work better than the last one.

Now I understand more how it works, i probably lost my streakfreeze because I had less XP than the coach wanted (you can change that in settings) and the next day I lost my streak. It is a nice feature, but they should warn for that not just enable it and change rules for a streak without notice. I opened a ticket, hope they can give it back. It is not really a bug, it is more a communication thingie.
