"of" feels as good as "from" when translating "uit" in this sentence.. "paintings from the Dutch Golden Age" and "paintings of the Dutch Golden Age" feel no different to me. What do other people think?

What about "displayed" rather than "shown", as a translation for "getoond"? Especially in a setting like a museum I would use that one.
Do you experts agree that. "The paintings from the Dutch golden age are being shown in many museums." should be correct?
