It is a different way to say "I like it when it snows on Christmas". Not sure why DL chooses to teach these types of sentences as they border on unnatural, or are very uncommon in the least. These types of sentences don't help Spanish speakers learn English, it just adds confusion. I am near the end of the reverse tree, and I can say from experience that there is a lot of this (and worse) in the tree, and it's so unnecessary.
