My streak was reset to zero sometime last night, though I have completed lessons every day!

My current list of points for the last week (shown on the home page) reads as follows (today is Sunday for me):

Mo: 11 Tu: 25 We: 25 Th: 26 Fr: 12 Sa: 13 Su(today): 25

But my streak counter was reset to zero sometime last night, and shows zero now! I also got a message saying I lost my 7-day-streak wager last night.

How can this be? How do I get my lost streak (of 175 days!) back?

There could be three reasons for this.

1) you are part of the Coach A/B testing and your daily target XP is greater than 1. There has been a lot of complaints about this recently.

2) you are in a different time zone from where you were when you first registered for Duo. Streaks are awarded only if you earn at least 1 XP between midnight-midnight in the that time zone.

3) you used the App in off line mode when you completed the lessons but did not synchronise these by going on line before the midnight deadline.


Thank you for your reply. The only reason from this list that could possibly apply to me is (1), so I guess that is the case. Would you know if there is something I can do about this?
