"The guard drinks coffee."
Translation:De bewaker drinkt koffie.
I don't remember being taught "beveiliger" - is there any difference between this and "bewaker", or are they completely interchangeable?
I wouldn't say they are completely interchangeable. A guard/bewaker is someone who closely watches someone or something and a beveiliger/security guard is someone with a broader range of responsibilities.
Also bewaker can be used in a malicious setting whereas een beveiliger protects you.
Never saw this word during lessons. Am frustrated at being tested on it. Unfair I say!
