scroll bar location on Home page

The scroll bar location has changed recently on the Home page. It used to use the browser scrollbar; and I could use my page up/page down keys to scroll down to easily see where my skills weren't gold. Now, you've separated it so that you can scroll the skills, and the progress section separately, and I find it frustrating. In order to scroll I have to actually click inside the skills area and then I can scroll using my page up/page down keys.

It's a minor thing, but can you change it so the focus starts inside that area so I don't have to click on it and I can keep using my page up/page down keys without extra clicks?

btw - I'm using Chrome on Windows currently; but it's the same behaviour on Firefox (and there the scrollbars look really ugly)
