Duolingo makes so many sexual references

"Ella solia hacerlo todos los dias? Is that correct, from a native speaker?

I looked up, "used to" and found this little word "solia" that seems to work. If so, it seems that solia is the correct word for used to, rather than all the speculation. Will someone confirm or repute this, please? Gracias

Totalmente correcto.

I know you would usually associate "would" with the conditional, however, can "she would do it every day" also be a correct translation?

Yes describing the habitual past is a major use of the word would
