Nu este corect, fiindca constructia propozitiei interogative in acest caz este: "Where are they exactly ?".

Un exemplu simplu: - la afirmativ: "They are there" ; "Ei sunt acolo".
- la negativ: "Are they there ?" ; traducerea in romana poate fi "Ei sunt acolo ?" sau "Sunt ei acolo ?".
