Listening practice with 3000+ native Spanish sentences
Here's the address of the site and a screenshot of me using the Portuguese version:
I just looked at the site and it looks great, thanks. Will use when I progress further.
Cool I see you added hot keys too. You could just make the "skip" work with the "enter" key too.
Although on second thought maybe it would discourage people from using the rating buttons. It's too tempting to 'Skip' when you just have to hit the same button as you just did.
On a computer keyboard, you could use the number keys 1-5 to rate performance.
You can. Doesn't it work for you? P.S. Now my previous comment looks stupid, there used to be 'say' instead of 'use' in your comment. :-)
I've been using it and I love it!! Is there a way to save your progress?
Not yet, I'm planning to do it one day, but there are more pressing matters to deal with first. Until then, you could log your results in a spreadsheet.
This is the best thing I have ever seen for improving your listening skills! Listening comprehension has always been my weakest area in learning Spanish, and you have created the perfect solution. Many many thanks! and mil gracias. This is something that has been needed for a long time. Thank you again.
Wow this is so cool! I'll be sure to try it out once I get better with my basics and do some immersion!
¡Gracias! I have always had a problem with listening to Spanish (how to describe this....can't identify the words?), so this is going to be really helpful for me (and for other people, too!) :)
Tried this last night. It's fantastic. I think it will really help me with listening and it's fun, too! Muchas gracias. One question. On your first post I think you said it was an artificial voice, but it also says it's native speakers. I'd like to know more about this. Thank you again!
