Anyone can tell me when we know whether it's present passive, present perfect or past passive ? I failed in this level many times :'(

present past, or what? I might as well flip a coin!

How would we say "there is singing"? This answer wasn't accepted.

That would be "er wordt gezongen". The confusing thing is that "is" is present tense of the passive in English, but perfect present of the passive in Dutch.

Would "singing has occurred" be an appropriate translation, if a little awkward in English? Currently it is not accepted.

Why not "Er werd gezongen"?
