The beginning of this sentence in English is awkward which makes figuring out a translation difficult for me. I don't like to just "remember" what the duolingo program's answer is and give that back on a second occurrence. What's the matter with "How far would you go in the name of love?" translated as "Come lontano andresti nel nome di amore?"

Even more simply (as the song in A Chorus Line suggests), "What would you do for love?"
