Not to be confused with the Danish TV Channel of the same name!

I can see that the youtube playlist is pretty radio pop focused, and missing some really cool and more trendy Danish music -

Quadron are a good solid pop duo from Copenhagen that have moved to LA to try and further their careers a while back, the girl has an amazing voice (think Adele but more upbeat) and they recently did a song with Kendrick Lamar, so I'd recommend checking them out. Songs mainly in English.

Den Sorte Skole - more turntable based experimental low keyed stuff. They sample everything from folk to reggae to classical, really cool.

Mø - Super popular with her album in Denmark recently, nice alternative pop by a young female singer. Sings in English

Efterklang - Pretty famous outside Denmark in the indie folk/dream pop crowd. They sing in English but it's really nice if you like a bit of Sigur Ros with more pop injected in.

Mikael Simpson - Low key, electronic music with a soft, murmuring but powerful male voice. Nice chill out or work music. Sings in Danish.

Vi Sidder Bare Her - A colab between Mikael Sommer (above), Fritjhof Toksvig and Jørgen Leth. Fritjhof and Mikael make some nice electronic music whilst Jørgen speaks over the top. Jørgen is a famous film maker/poet in Denmark, he made some really cool films in the 60s and now commentates the tour de france here in Denmark, a bit of a cultural icon who is worth checking out in and of himself. This band is great to listen to just to hear someone speaking Danish, although Jørgen is old and hard to understand, so don't feel bad if you don't get it straight away.

And I really like this version of "Der er et yndigt land" (Danish national anthem) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYu0umIwYrw

My favorite Danish band is Svartsot. I wouldn't recommend them unless you like metal, though. They're a folk metal/viking metal band.
