Both things are correct. I think people from Jutland and Fune tend to use "fyld(t)" where those from Sealand and its other small islands tend to use "fuld(t)"

Why is it wrong to translate this as "I am sorry about it but the flight is full." How else would you say "I am sorry about it" (if not ked af det)
