Issue with streak

I was doing lessons every day, but for some reasons on Saturday my streak was broken, and started from 1 day again. Is it because I did that lessons from my mobile and from another country? Please help me understand why did it happen. Thank you

How different were the two time-zones? Your account functions in the timezone which your account was created in, so in order to keep your streak you would have needed to convert the time correctly from where you were to where you came from and be sure that time was before midnight (00:00.)

Timezones were different, but in my current timezone it was less than 23 hours between lessons.

It can be less than 23 hours but the time in which the lesson was completed had to be before 00:00 in the timezone that your account was created in. If you believe that it was, then you can send in one (don't overflow :)) support request to Duolingo at the help page.

I've sent a message and screenshot, but they do not answer me. How long it usually takes ticket processing?

It is 7 days since I've submitted my ticket, send a screenshot with details and no answers to my Email. How long does it usually takes to review tickets like this?

I see "-1" to this post, but why? I've submitted a ticket, attached screenshot. Everything proves that I've found issue in streak calculation, but no answer from support, no more answers here :(

Support team still ignoring all my Emails and does not send me any status updates about this ticket. Now I even not sure that anyone reviewed it. :(

I had a different problem, reported it, got a ticket and never heard another word. But the problem was fixed a couple of weeks later.

The only thing that I know of that will kill a streak is if you set a coach goal and didn't make the goal.

Thank you for your answer. I hope they will fix it in nearest time, because it is an issue at it will happen to another users. I did not set any goals but I think I know how to avoid it in future by myself, I think I should have practice twice per day. I just did not expected that duolingo has issues with it.
