Why is "Does that end today" not a viable answer? When there is a special offer in a store, and I want to ask the clerk "Does that end today?", what would I say in Danish?
You would say "slutter det i dag", "ender det i dag" or "er det sidste dag".
I thought it was "slutter de i dag," like "are they closed today?" Is that phrasing used in Danish?
Why does "Does it close today" not work here?
"Is it finishing today?" should maybe also be accepted.
