I do't understand how to get "here" from this sentence


it is a particular use of "ci" as a particle. You have probably seen this without thinking about it in phrases like "C'e" (there is) and "Ci sono" (there are). I would recommend checking other online resources to read about the uses of "ci" and "ne", they can be pretty tricky.
