Why not "Not even all the world...." ? It is an accurate translation of the words... :)
It is indeed, delvi (except maybe for the "even"), but as it turns out, this is just one of those things we have in Portuguese that are kind of idiomatic: "todo mundo" = "everyone/everybody", while "todo o mundo" = "all the world".
