Why is it not "han arbejder som en avisdreng". If the translation is supposed to be "as a paperboy".
It seems to just be how most Germanic languages operate--at least the ones I've studied. They always leave out the article when naming someone's profession.
Is there a female version of avisdreng? Like avispige?
I was also wondering about that :)
What is a paperboy, someone who delivers newspapers?
Should accept "He works as a newspaper delivery boy"
