Getting full score with no hearts left still not fixed!
This bug was reported a month ago and is yet to have been fixed! Reproduce: finish a lesson with no hearts left. Result: you get full score.

From what I have seen extra hearts remaining give you extra points. Finishing the lesson will give you 10 points and each additional heart is worth 1 more point.
