This seems to be both an issue on my phone (Apple 4 S) and computer (Windows 8 running chrome).

Skills on my tree show up as not gold, but when I go into them, they're full strength (laptop).

On my phone, I've been strengthening skills, but it doesn't show up on my tree. What gives?
