Forgot password link not working
I have clicked on the link in the customer service email as well as the link on the sign in and I have tried to go directly to the page by typing it in. Customer service keeps sending me the same ineffectual email probably as an automated response. HELP!
Evidently one can ask a question on the discussion page without a password.
Interesting...but it still has your username, although it thinks you have no courses. Is this a temporary username? I am interested in how this asking without a password works...
