I still can't get into the Incubator.

I've had this problem for months now, it happened all of a sudden for no reason that I could no longer access the incubator. I don't know what to do, I've tried Chrome and Explorer, both don't work. It just gives a '403 Forbidden' error and tells me 'nginx/1.4.6 (Ubuntu)', and I have no idea what Ubuntu is, and have never used it. What do you think I need to do?

Try clearing your cookies and your cache. 403 forbidden makes me think that the browser or site is expecting credentials you don't have. Clearing your cookies will reset everything the website knows about your browser and hopefully will stop requesting those credentials. (Your account will be fine, it just hopefully fixes communication between browser and site.)

Ubuntu is an operating system, but I don't remember the connection between Chrome and Ubuntu.
