Is there a way to reset my account?

I have the same question. I did not use duolingo for a couple of month and i like to start fresh without creating a new account.

Me too. I haven't been here in quite a few months and took the basic lesson over again, and I'm pretty sure half the words there are ones I didn't learn 6 months ago.

Yeah I'd like to start over too after taking a break. Redoing the first lessons, I feel like I'm missing the popups that explained new concepts as they were introduced.

Okay. You can't really start over, BUT you can "redo". Just go back to level one and click on it and it will list all the lessons. there is a "redo" option on all of them. Than work your way back up.
