Filter out the extraneous discussion on many of the questions

I find it's not much of a problem with the german lessons, but with French and Italian (as they are extremely popular; I assume it's the same for Spanish) the discussions for each question are so excessive. There are often over 50 comments per question, usually not involving the language, but rather normal jokes or conversation, and those that are related to the language aspect are generally repeated 30 times by other users.. It gets in the way of learning sometimes because you must filter through these comments to find useful information from users. It would be nice if these kind of comments could be reduced somehow.

Allow the user to mark his/her post, highlight the post if its question related leave it blank for joke/comment/conversation.

Yea, I don't necessarily care if they get rid of the comment entirely. Maybe they could just make a forum where users can converse separate from the study area.

Well that doesn't ensure that people will go to another forum to post a joke, better to make legitimate questions standout. Legitimate questions could even be decided by users.
