upvote recording glitch?
It seems that some of my translations are being upvoted by people at my tier or better, but the votes are not showing up on my upvote record. I don't know whether it's a Duolingo glitch or something to do with my computer which is having trouble with running scripts. Comments?

hm, how troubling. It could be because "there is a limit on the number of votes that can affect your progress. The limit is one vote for every five words in the original sentence (so for a 10 word sentence, only the first two votes are counted)."

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think that's the case - not getting any upvotes recorded at all. Oh well, it's about the practice really.
yeah but how do you measure the effect of practice if you aren't shown the error in your ways?
