With the new iPhone app update my app crashs nearly everytime I want to strengthen my skills. Do you have the same problems?

Try logging in and logging out. We're fixing this issue (it's server side).

The app on my iPad won't log in either, is this a server-side problem too?

Pinyin keyboard layout causes app to go bonkers ( even just cycling through it ). Layout becomes broken, I'll assume that this is because the app can not deal with any keyboards that are larger than the usual layout.

Spoken exercises do not give translation, troublesome since new words and phrases are often introduced this way!

Logging out and back in fixed this for me, BUT, as curlyeric said, "Spoken exercises do not give translation, troublesome since new words and phrases are often introduced this way!" That is huge, imo.
