bug in votes count

my immersion votes count has been "stuck" on 39 for many many weeks now, while I keep translating sentences.

I assume it is some kind of bug, rather than not having any new vote in monthes.. How can one check this?

The folks voting need to at your level or higher for their votes to count towards your translation tier progress. You are at a pretty high level of 9. That would be limiting the number of folks whose votes will actually count.

This might be the case, but it still strange to my eyes. I see users with tier level 20+, this cannot be possible if once you get to tier 9 you stop getting votes.

You can reach out to few such folks for feedback on documents which you have translated. Some folks also work in groups translating whole documents at a time. This is mutually beneficial, lots of translation practice and quicker review of the translations.
