si può anche scrivere: "he has a shop of cheeses", oppure la parola "formaggi" mantiene il plurale solo nelle lingua italiana?

"A shop of cheeses" sounds strange, almost as though the shop was made of cheeses.

Se l'accetta duo va bene anche per me! Bye! Sempre meglio che un negozio fatto di formaggi.

Ah a cheese shop! - "Welcome to the National Cheese Emporium". Sorry, couldn't resist it - Monty Python Comedy. "Emporium" by the way, is an old victorian word for a shop selling a wide range of items.
