It should be "Jeg taler engelsk", you only use snakker when you are talking with someone

Glad to know it would be taler rather than snakker. However, when do I know to use "Jeg siger" versus "Jeg snakker"?
snakker is more likely to be "talk (with somebody)"
siger is "say"
'engelsk' is really hard to say!!! :(
I am speaking in English would also be grammatically correct though. :(
