Will you accept "English is spoken all over Europe"?

Could you say, "Engelsk tales i hele Europa"?

I'm not a native, but if you check on wiki at Tysk page, you read: "Tysk tales hovedsageligt i Tyskland", so I think the same can be used for engelsk

Because people from all over Europe might be capable of speaking English, but they certainly won't do so in their everyday life.

Not native English, can't you say "In all Europe" without the "of" ?

American here--I would always include the "of."
