Although I'm not a native English speaker, I feel "We have an agenda filled with important meetings." is a much better translation.

Your translation is fine as well, but "full" is often used when talking about one's calendar or agenda. Another example is "My calendar is full".

I'm not so sure about the English use of the word 'agenda' in this sentence. Perhaps calendar or schedule would be better. Any English native speakers wish to comment?
