The differences between Flemish Dutch and Dutch Dutch are minor and very comparable to the differences in language between the Spanish, Portuguese, German.... speaking countries. It's officially the exact same language with the exact same spelling...

So there may well be a Flemish course in the future independent of the Dutch course. Where it's economical from the perspective of both the producers of the course and those waiting for other languages is debatable, but from the perspective of Dutch students the more material teaching Dutch that there is, the better their Dutch will be (even if the differences between the two courses are negligible).
