The voice is not quite perfect on this sentence, as of August 11th, 2017, so I've taken the liberty of re-recording it.
Pianot should be a fluid-sounding word, but right now it sounds like there are two very separate syllables in it.
Please find a correct recording on http://duolingo.vydea.io/fbc16751d93848a79c982d368b270637.mp3

Thanks for listening. Ha en bra dag! :)
What a great initiative. Tack så mycket! Have a lingot (or a few, I gave one through the main info thread too).
Good job! Thank you so much for this and all your re-recordings!
Something I noticed, the auto-voice pronounced the rest of the sentence (är av glas) more like my relatives in Småland. Your pronunciation sounds a lot like my friend who has lived in Stockholm and Uppsala. Accents are so fun for me!
Thanks again for going to the trouble of making new recordings for the messed-up automatic ones. You are very generous with your time and it helps all of us learners so much!
That's funny, Småland is actually the only landskap where I've spent more than just a few years - I have most of my relatives there and it's the only dialect I speak well. Here's my rendition of Hamlet in a thick middle Småland accent: https://forum.duolingo.com/comment/5956489/Att-vara-eller-inte-vara
Hahaha....well, either you were leaning toward some other dialect when you recorded that, or I don't know what I'm talking about...I believe it is the latter!
I can't wait to hear the recording. Going there now. :D
Oh, no, sorry - I don't normally speak Småland dialect at all. It's just that it's the only one I speak well if I want to. My normal speech is relatively devoid of geographical markers.
