In the drop-down it says that læser is 'reads', 'studies' or 'is reading'. 'The boy is studying' was marked wrong and corrected to 'The boy studies'. Why is the progressive form accepted for 'read' but not for 'study'?

What ia the difference between present simple and present continuous in danish?

Wrong! I wrote drengene which is all the boys and it was accepted as correct! The correct is: drengen=the boy
