tu = you , if you are one person

usted = you, if you are one person but I want to speak formally

ustedes = you, if you are more than one people

(there is also vosotros but don't think about it yet)

lee/lees/leen depends on the subject you will use When you see a verb conjugated, it usually says the subject:

tu lees

usted lee

ustedes leen

I read= Yo leo...

You read= Tu lees...

He reads= El lee...

She reads= Ella lee...

You read= Ustedes leen...

They read= Ellos leen...

We read= Nosotros leemos...

that's the rule. When you learn how to conjugate the verb, it means you learn the type that corresponds to every person (yo, tu, usted, nosotros...)
