Congratulations.

If you want further Duolingo practice, you can learn your native language from English (I am guessing German). I am currently working through the German -- English tree since I finished the English -- German one.

As far as reading, and my advice may differ from others, I like to read stories I know in order to facilitate understanding. For example, I just ordered Dune by Frank Herbert since I have read it in English about 50 times. I find it interesting, and I know the story so the onslaught of vocabulary will not be so bad.

Otherwise, you are lucky that so much is published in English. You could: - start reading the news at any American website,

  • watch English movies (quite easy to find :P)

  • find a story you know like I suggested above

  • find a native speaker to talk to via email, Skype, etc

  • or hire me as your English tutor so I can move to Germany!
