Can 'indenholder' be translated as 'consists of'?

I understood that indeholder means "contains", but could not bring myself to write "a minute contains sixty seconds". I would say "there are sixty seconds in a minute" or "a minute has sixty seconds". You should not make people use bad English to do a task acceptably.
