Duolingo Email Notifications Not Working
So, I have it set so that Duolingo emails me for almost everything:
For the last 2 weeks (if I remember correctly), I haven't been receiving any emails from Duolingo. I don't have any problems with my email, that I know of! And I've heard of several other people with similar problems.
I have been waiting patiently for someone else to point this out so that I can confirm that it's not my fault. Thanks, Jack.
It was on December 28 when I suddenly stopped receiving emails from Duo. I have checked and unchecked my notification settings many times, double checked that Duo is on my safe email list, check my junk mail everyday, and still nothing. :(
I've sent a "support" message last week. Luckily, I got the confirmation email to that.
I have the same problem! And I was here every day (as one may see on my streak). I am very sorry about that, especially for immersion, for I want to create a good collection for the improving of my mistakes! I also have sent a "support" message last week. And luckily, I got the confirmation email to that too.
Did you get this resolved? I just started getting emails again. I stopped getting them on 18 November 2015 and they started again on 4 March 2016. I submitted a bug report on 29 November 2015, but they haven't replied to say that they've looked into it, so I don't know if they fixed it or if it magically fixed itself.
