I wrote "they have already everything" and it was flagged as wrong. Am i missing something ?

That would be a direct translation but it doesn't really work in English. "They already have everything" is a much better English sentence to use.

But many of us are not native English speakers and I get punished for Eng mistakes when my target is to learn Swedish :(

I was just penalised for what I heard clearly as "Dem". Any chance this can be corrected either by accepting the correct spelling or changing the incorrect pronunciation?

Dom is an accepted spelling and the correct pronunciation. (Dem is not - that's an entirely different word.) But there's a bug which doesn't allow us to accept both De and Dom in "type what you hear" exercises - it's been like that forever. :(
